Getaround met en moyenne 30min pour valider votre permis et votre carte d'identité. S'il y a un problème, les contacter directement au niveau de l'onglet "aide". Eux seuls ont la possibilité de valider votre profil.
Vous avez peur de manquer de réseau ?
Toutes nos voitures s'ouvrent en bluetooth sur toute la flotte d'En Voiture Germaine donc pas besoin de réseau pour ouvrir et fermer la voiture ;)

The only thing that was good was the presence of the owners. The rest was crazy. Dirty car but that's OK, damaged car, OK too no worries. There was ZERO oil in the tank, we had to buy the can of oil, go to the garage, wait for all of that, do extra KM that they included in the rental etc.. Etc... All while giving us a Renault Clio when we rented a Citroën... I can go on and on. We of course paid for an insurance, but our lives could've been at risk driving with a completely empty oil tank!! And on top of that they have the audacity to say we did damages to the car!! I'm sorry, the one star is only because you were present otherwise it would've been a zero!
