• Any unreported delay may result in platform fees

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup

• exterior in acceptable condition (no excessive dirt)

• Photos via the Getaround app are mandatory:
• before pickup

• mirrors
• side skirts
• any area showing potential damage
• If lighting or visibility is insufficient, please move the vehicle slightly to obtain clear and usable photos
