An absolutely outrageous and shameful experience. The rental process was complicated, accessing the vehicle was problematic, and the overall service was extremely disappointing. On top of all these issues, I was charged a significant amount of additional money, making the experience even more unacceptable.
The entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and far below any reasonable standard of customer service. A rental service should offer transparency, reliability, and assistance when problems arise. Unfortunately, this experience offered none of that.
I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service to anyone. One of the worst rental experiences I have ever had.
