You returned the car extremely dirty and with tobacco traces and Getaround charged you a cleaning fee, sorry you feel that way and hope to see you again soon
Last-minute booking. The car was quite dirty…seats had stains, sand, leftover fries and food receipts.
The owner contacted me in advance and apologised. He explained that because the booking was so last-minute, he didn’t have time to clean the car properly or fill the tank after seeing the photos from the previous rental. That makes sense and I really appreciated his proactive attitude. He also offered me 2 extra hours to compensate for the inconvenience (I didn’t end up using them, but the gesture was still valued).
Apart from the cleanliness issues, the car did its job fine
