Solo pueden conducir el vehículo el titular de la reserva y, en su caso, el conductor adicional registrado en la aplicación. Cualquier otra persona no está asegurada y su conducción supone una infracción grave y la pérdida de la cobertura del seguro.

Tal y como indica la política de Getaround, se admiten mascotas siempre que vayan en una jaula transportadora. Es responsabilidad del conductor limpiar el coche de pelos, olor y excrementos para evitar importantes penalizaciones.
